Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Okay, I've just checked. There's not even ONE Banner body parted out at the moment on EBay!

So if we're going with this stupidity (good luck finding 80 of them), can somebody at least post detailed pics of the naked body so poor guys like me can make a body out of several figs?

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Toy Anxiety has a Banner freshly up for sale for 59.99 someone might want to grab it. Heads up.

Gone, of course. Good call though, thanks. Someone here got lucky.

So now there's only 79 people competing for that perfect Banner body. :lol

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Put it on a narrow with a neck peg. Closer to Ford anyway than the ridiculous choice of a muscle. Or on one of those Ezio body clones from ebay.

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Anyway .... Got my banner body covered great choice hector

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Just heard back from Yunsil and she's gonna tailor it to a Banner style body. Basically slightly slimmer sleeves. I think that's a good compromise for those that want the 19 and those that want the 18. :duff.

Sounds good! :) the arms were the main issue, torsos not much difference in size. Will probably still fit ttm19 arms if folks still want to use that, just a bit tighter as they would be if Indy had huge biceps ;)

Also the Ezio neck and TTM19 necks are pretty much the same, though not sure about the KO. The KO ttm18 I got was really nice quality. Though be careful of the TTM19 KO's as they have longer legs and very lose leg joints (as well as a nasty chemical rubber smell)

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Also got the Banner body ready, good choice I think.
Lucky I was in time to find a loose one, but price was not cheap...

BTW ShortRound, I paid on May 1st, but my status on the list is still not paid.
I was too fast and forgot to mention my Freakname in the Paypaltransfer, sorry about that.
I have sent you a PM with my details, please look into it when you have time.
Thank you ;-)

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Can anyone post pics of the Banner body?

No way I'm gonna go with an ugly neck peg or a plastic sculpted neck, so I need pics to make a body!

Basically the banner body is a TTM19 with HT Advanced TT arm or TTM21 arm.

If nobody has posted pic's of banner for you, i'll do it later.

If you have TTM19 or KO, then you can swap the arms at the shoulders with your choice of TTM19 or TTM21 or KO of those bodies and get the same thing.

Full payments aren't due. I am accepting them but no deadline has been set. Probably a few weeks after the prototype is shown.

This is the issue I foresaw, and why I thought the best option to satisfy most collectors would be tailoring it to the TTM-19. I'll be using a Banner body, as will many others I'm sure, but not all 80. So tailoring it to such a niche body will make this difficult for some. On the bright side, the body is discounted on SSC's website, and you can use coupon codes to shave some of that cost down. But you'll still end up paying nearly $150 or for the figure, and if you live outside the U.S. of course, there are other costs to consider. Maybe it's best to try and go with one of those (hopefully not totally crap) KO Ezio-type bodies for folks who don't already have Banner. Or maybe even Soldier Story or something. Nearly every standard muscle body is going to have arms larger than the "advanced"/TTM-21 bodies do.

If it's tailored to a Banner, a TTM19 will still fit the outfit as well

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

It depends on how tightly the sleeves are tailored to that body. Even if the arms fit, they might cause damage to the shirt/jacket if you try to move them around too much. As posted before in the comparison pics, the 19 arms are noticeably larger than those of the 21.

That was the TTM18 that was posted next to a 19

Re: [YUNSIL] Indiana Jones ROTLA outfit (LIMITED 80/NOW ACCEPTING $50 DEPOSITS)

Yes, Frankensteining a body will be the best option, but I agree with Kara, a TTM 19 would have been easier on all of us.
