I already ordered them, but didn't think to ask -- do the feet slip into the shoes? Or do they have pegs? And if they slip in, is it hard to get them in?

You'll have to put a pair of feet in them.

For anyone that wants to get some shoes, please get pre-orders in as soon as possible. I decided to wait out this weekend before paying for the full order to make sure I didn't order too few - I think I'm going to increase the numbers, but as mentioned before, I also don't want to get stuck with too many pairs of shoes for a long time.

My only question/concern with slipping the feet into them is what looks to be a somewhat narrow opening of the shoe. Have you used them before? Is it hard to get the feet into them without breaking the shoe/tearing the glue that holds it together?

Yes the list is closed for the suits but I will have a few sculpts available in the next few weeks.
