So what's everyone's plans for the belts? Start a new commission for that after this one's complete, or, are there cheaper --yet high quality-- alternatives?

Just wanted to throw in that I am still not sure about joining this. Yes, I am highly interested in a high end Neo, but with just the outfit, I dont see this project finished with the next two years. So please dont count on me.

No belts will be included. That includes waist belt, repelling harness belt, and shoulder holster belt. Price would be a lot higher if those belts were included.

it would be nice to make belts as an option
for those who do not want to look for them separately

I'm trying to keep the cost down for everyone. If I ask to include the belts, the price can jump up anywhere from $20-$50. I lost half the people on the Doc Holliday list because of the price.

The people that dropped out, because of the fact that there's no belts included, I can almost guarantee you still wouldn't be in even if they were included. :dunno

Just seems like an excuse. The repelling harness is a simple belt to make on your own. A foot of black webbing and three buckles and you're done. I'll even make them for you. :lol

I'd go for the non belts, cause I'll customize it and make the holster that goes on his chest/shoulder.

This sounds like a pretty good starting place if he's up for it. Also, Shortround, I'm not sure of th logistics, but I'd this in more money for the belts!

Holsters can be found online cheap and there are plenty of harnesses I've seen on eBay alone from various military figures. A proper bash can def be had without something officially being made.

As for sculpt, there's the Headplay one and CM toys sculpt available if you missed the second casting sale. Hope this helps a little. Neo stuff can be had. What we really need is a Morpheus and Trinity!

Lol. No doubt. I'd do it but I feel like the one time I hit him up for something, I don't wanna say he brushed me off, but i though we came to a deal for hin to make me a rick grimes belt, said he would, and just never did lol. No money was ever exchanged so I don't really care, but now I just feel like he'll just brush me off again. I dunno. He makes great stuff though and his price is very fair so if anyone else wants to try, I would def be in for it

The repelling harness isn't all there is to it. Don't think there are many great options for the shoulder rig. Would have definitely paid extra for that. If it can be done, don't understand why you couldn't make it an option for those willing to pay more? :dunno

Ok guys, so I asked a dude I've dealt with before (Aaron Luck if any of you might've dealt with him before) who works with 1/6 leather stuff to give the harness/shoulder rig a go. He made me a belt and holster for my Rick grimes figure and although I don't have a pic of it at the moment, it came out extremely well. He's never really worked with nylon before but he's going to give it a try and make me one and if it turns out to both of our standards, he'll go ahead and put some together to sell if any of you are interested.

I'll show a pic when alls said and done and if you guys dig, I'll either keep it to this thread or start a new one. See how it goes.
