Here's some thoughts on the shoulder pads/fat suit. For the most part, I think modeling the fat suit on the Marshal/Dam suit works well. I overlayed as straight-on a shot as I could find of JG with the TTM-18/fat suit/sculpt i have. Then I mocked up approximations of the shape of shoulder pads. I see these as being sleeves with elastic at the bottom to taper from the shoulder/upper arm to the middle arm (it will be short enought not to show with short sleeves). It won't restrict inward-outward rotation of the upper arm and won't restrict shoulder movement because they will be seperate from the fat suit.

All input/ideas are welcome...

So far, rough estimate is early July. hoping now that the deposit is in, it will move up a bit. Also hoping that giving them some heads up on some of the issues with the CK version that RaymondF outlined, will save us some modification time.
