Does the thumb for the hand wrap around the handle for the rifle? I can't tell from the photos. It kinda looks like the only thing holding the rifle is the fingers and the thumb is just kinda wedged in there behind the handle, is that correct? Thanks

thumb is angled in the down position... it doesn't really wrap around as it isn't made that way. there's a little give in the fingers, but you don't want to go hog wild bending them all over so that's why the shape of the handle is how it is to accommodate the cannon holding hands.
