I'm nervous about it but if everyone who has said they are onboard, are in fact onboard, it will happen. I spoke more with Yunsil and it's tentatively scheduled for June or July. Once I get more pricing details a substantial deposit will be required to begin work; Not my usual way of doing things, but this is a huge project and I need certainty that I won't lose my a s s.

Possibly. Maybe best case scenario. But likely a little later. Sorry, too many factors involved to gauge exactly at this point.

Sounds good. Best guess on price, at this stage, is somewhere around $2000 for the full figure.
