When did he contact you for shipping?

I was promised a shipping quote and then the package just turned up pay on delivery. It was very expensive as I mentioned, so I just wish I'd been offered some other shipping options. At least I have it in hand now.

I will try to put it on a body soon and post some photos, though I am sure someone else will beat me to it.
Shoes should be ready soon apparently.
