I had a word with Alex Filippov from Siberian Custom Studio and he agreed that if I can gather at least 10 people he is willing to create an updated version of his Cape Fear Max Cady (Robert De Niro) figure.
Estimated price: $700
[EDIT] To make this a genuine upgrade rather than just a re-release, and also to avoid insulting those who purchased the original release, I think we will go for the Hawaiian shirt look:
The original figure was released about 5 years ago, and though it is very nice, Alex and his team have come a long way since then and I am convinced they can do an amazing job with an updated release.
I have included pictures of the original version for reference. It came with a partly haired sculpt, metal sunglasses, cigar, watch, wooden base and fully tattooed body. We haven't discussed details yet, but it will come with at least these accessories.
I have suggested that the tattoos should be painted directly onto the body for the updated version.
