would it be possible to get the head without a neck so we can put it on a muscle body ?

Hi guys, I'm the sculptor Vicious told you about. Just got my registration approved, so now I can answer any questions you have. I guess to start out, I should tell you a little about myself.

I am a professional commercial sculptor and mold maker for the entertainment industry. My larger clients include Disney, Universal Studios, and Bethesda, but I also do a lot of private commisisions for collectors.

Most importantly for this project, I worked on the promotional campaign for Skyrim by sculpting a life sized head and a 1/3 maquette that was turrned into the 7 foot tall statues that were shipped to game stores around the world.

You know, these guys.

Having spent as much time with Dragonborne as I have, I think I can safely call myself an expert on him. Or at least on his physical appearence. I don't really know anything about the game or character, but I know ever centimeter of armor and kit extensively.

But this will be my first commission for the 1/6 jointed figures, so I will be happy to get feedback on what it is you need. I will be ordering a 1/6 muscle figure to get the sizing and fit right, but I don't really know about how the armor pieces need to be attached.

The sculptor is indeed going to make the sculpt neckless. He's using the HT TTM 19 body as reference for now. But a Flamma body or something will fit just as well...

Late to the party but on on board for both the armor and hs. I'm freakin loving his game!!!

You're added, mate. Thanks! :hi5:

Hi sculptor here. I did chime in yesterday with some pics and stuff, but I got a message telling me that it would have to be approved by a moderator. Dont' know what all that is about, but I'm here.

Holy Crap, did you sculpt the 1:1 gamestop statue. I love that thing. I would love to see it in person.

Went through the rest of the pics and man some great stuff. Deans amulet!

For the most part, yes. But it's a slightly complicated story.

I got hired to do the 1:1 head, and they liked that so much that they had me design the rest of the statue by doing a 1:3 maquette. That then got sent over to the Philippines and they used it as a guide to sculpt the body and then stuck the head I made on top of it.

I hope that made sense.

Just curious if most of you plan to make the rest of the outfit yourselves or???

Great stuff indeed. I look forward to seeing the outcome. Like I said before, I sculpted one, but it's a little large, so I will redo it. Your pics have inspired me man, really nice work!

What's this? A 1:1 Dovahkiin "Dragonborn" statue at Gamestop?! I gotta visit my 2 stores here soon. Hopefully we have one at at least one of the two stores. My luck, our little town down here wasn't lucky enough to get one. I'll find out soon!

I'm really happy to see this project get the 10 interested board members it needed! I'm glad I'm one of them!

Mate, could you post some reference pictures of how the armor pieces look, and how it's worked onto the leather and fur pieces etc... Could be helpful to finish the figure. All I can find online are some promo shots, but nothing too detailed....

10 was just the minimum order required to start. I would be quite happy to have more.
