1/6 Raphael - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (1990 Live action film)

I'm working with a sculptor to create a 1/6 Raphael from the teenage mutant ninja turtles live action film. Neca has done an AMAZING job but they only offer in 1/4 and 6 inch options with no plan of 1/6 due to licensing issues. We're aiming towards this being a statue with switchable head and hands. Making a fully articulated figure seems out of the cards at this point. It will also have a cool base. So essentially it will be a 1/6 statue. I'm just looking to gauge interest at this point so just let me know below if this is something you would be interested in.
