Thanks for the new pics Libby! Unfortunately while the size seems to look fine in closeup, from a distance it once again appears too small to me (and when I squint it become even more obvious). Given that this is a taller and bigger female body, I think HT clearly realized it needed a larger head to match. But... I know you guys are probably tired of me harping on this in here, so I'll just shut up now about it. :D

no worries Dave ,ive genuinely got no dog in this hunt ,im just a customer who got seans heads in before most ,so was trying to help show the size in relation to the preferred hot toys body most were intending to use them with :)

im super happy with them but happy to acknowledge others may have a differing view and purpose for them :)
 
It's really tricky! would love to hear some more chime in and voice your opinion! too small still or size ok?
 
Will you be getting a WW figure anytime soon Sean? I think you'd probably be the best judge of whether your sculpt looks right on the body once you are able to see it yourself in hand.

Or are you just waiting for the JL deluxe version like a lot of other people are now? ;)

well, I think I may bite the bullet, I think ultimatley it may help with sales and I really enjoy making her face (and plan to do lots of expressions) any idea where the best place to get a figure at the best price? JL verison would be cool but I am SO impatiant in general ha ha
 
Looks like BBTS still has some, but ebay might be your best bet since people will be selling theirs off to get the newer version. And I do see one at the moment for just $200. Personally I prefer the brighter colors on the BvS costume since it feels closer to her look in the standalone movie.
 
ok; just ordered a figure for myself! Will be able to post up some good pics and have the smiling head painted up as well to see how that looks

I'm just getting Mark Simpson to paint my version, which I will post up when I get pics, and any day now will get some pics from another customer that said he was painting her at the weekend :)

is this the open mouth?
I would like to see both sculpts next to each other
previous pics are too small or link don,t work
 
I'm thinking the lips need to be painted a bit fuller, but otherwise it looks really damn good. Can't wait to see it with hair and on the body. :)
