which enterbay body are you guys using?...his head looks huge on that body....great paint up but the size of the head is bothering me a little...:-/

It does kinda look like a bobble head. Ah well, still an amazing sculpt!

Cant wait to see more painted up.

I agree that the head looks a little big (oxymoron, I know). It also might have to do with the shirt being so tight and close to the body. Maybe if the shirt were a little baggier it'd look like the body wasn't so skinny? IDK.

I've got mine with a long sleeved baggier shirt and it doesn't look nearly as big. This sculpt for sure calls for a bulkier outfit/body.

Me too! It's taking forever for people to post the paint work up! I thought we'd at least have a handful of painted pictures by now. Who's holding out? Mine's in the mail on it's way to be painted now.

So this is where im at with mine...

Need to adjust the padding suit more with the pants waist line, paint the metalic part of the hammer, and of course iron on the 4 walls logo. Everytime I touch the shirt I get dye on my hands and everything I touch. Anyone a dye expert and can give me tips on that problem??

Re: 1/6th "Charity Worker" Sculpts Available

Is that shirt maroon? Where did you get it?

Looks great so far buddy

Thanks Mike, thats the white shirt I been dying over and over. Cant get it to stop rubbing dye on everything though :/

Re: 1/6th "Charity Worker" Sculpts Available

I don't think there's anyway to fix that brother. The shirt isn't really dyed if it's doing that. Too bad we don't have a body with thick "normal" forearms in the market. I don't think I'll ever get any Explorer pants. :(

Re: 1/6th "Charity Worker" Sculpts Available

What kind of dye are you using Kid A? Don't forget to rinse under cold water once you take your clothes out of the dye bath. At least that's what they say in my old school Tintex instructions.

Maybe the shirt fabric doesn't adsorb the dye properly, I know some fabrics don't hold color well..

I've heard that salt or vinegar helps stop the bleeding but I've never tried it. :dunno

Re: 1/6th "Charity Worker" Sculpts Available

I use salt whenever I dye anything. Then once it dyed I then use washing powder to wash off any excess.

Thanks for the tips guys!! I did use salt when dying, however I never gave it a wash in cold water or anything. I'll try that tonight.

Re: 1/6th "Charity Worker" Sculpts Available

I tried that myself once and when i rinsed it all the colour came out again.
I just use fabric paint now.

Re: 1/6th "Charity Worker" Sculpts Available

It all depends on the fabric. Some fabrics (like cotton) take dye very easily. Synthetic fabrics don't.

Re: 1/6th "Charity Worker" Sculpts Available

I ran into the same thing trying to come up with a henley for my Miami Serial Killer (stalking version). Some fabrics work great but some (probably the synthetics) just wont hold dye very well. Live and learn but don't stop tryin' LOL
