'89 Joker GREEN SILK SHIRT & other pieces - DX 08 JACK JOKER

I have completed my orders for the Museum Attire after recovering from a terrible incident and am now looking to begin taking on a new project.

This is to project interest on creating the green silk shirt the Joker wore in other scenes through out the film. I have obtained what i believe to be an as close to screen accurate fabric for this silk shirt. The quality is very nice. Not thin like the hot toys orange short that frays if your not careful.












This is currently just an interest thread. Post below if you are interested in this shirt. Once enough project interest has occurred I will calculate costs and it can be pursued as a serious project once enough people secured agree to commit with a small deposit.

I am open to creating other costume accessories he wears throughout the film as well aka ties and hankerchiefs.

Please feel free to post suggestions with example photos.

I've been wanting this for years. I'd also like the neck tie he wore in Vale's apartment to go with it.

I'm gonna say this, Haney, only because I'm a nut when it comes to 89 Batman stuff, but your fabric looks mint green as opposed to the blueish green on screen. I've looked for that color silk material before and I have yet to find it in a store.

I may take a trip to the fabric district in NYC if enough interest turns up

I'm tellin' ya, haney, that is one tough fabric color to find in that sheen. I'm definitely hoping you track some down. If you're not opposed to it, I'll keep an eye out for some again and if I come across any I'll send it to you.

I'll definitely want a shirt, maybe two, so put me on the list.

Good luck on finding the material hany but honestly I'd be more interested in a more accurate and better tailored tie. I like the HT one but it's hard to get a nice bow on it. It's all smashed in and it's not enough material to get it to looks right. Plus it doesn't hang as nice as I'd like, it's a bit stiff. I'd like it to be like Betos.





Either that or more accurate pants, also shown above.

As for suggestions... the extra bits for the Smylex commercial Joker might be an easier project to get out there-

I'm with Fiend, an upgrade for the stock tie would be great. One of 2 nitpicks I have with the fig. The other being the hat hair...

Oh yes, I've seen yours... How it should look.. Think skiiman rescuplted the eye brows too? I wonder if anyone's haired one before.

As for the upgrade to the stock tie, put me down as definitely interested..

Got a piece of fabric from Hobby Lobby today. It looked perfect in the store but against his vest it's a bit too dark.

If haney is gonna be busy with other bits I might just try and find somebody to sew a few green shirts together. I think there's only a few that will be interested in one anyways. I printed that purple tie from Vales apartment scene up so I can offer those as well.
