Hello, I bought a Stansfield head from Sensation Studios 4 months ago, but they never shipped it. I sent them emails and DMs but they never replied and I haven't heard anything back. Has anyone been able to get in touch with them?

Ah I would file a claim then. It sounds like it's never coming especially if it was a head already done. Haven't seen any activity of them on here.
That's right. I have also asked several times on Instagram and email when it will be shipped, but there has been no reply. Where should I file a complaint? This is my first time and I'm confused.
 
Hello, I hear some people have received it but at least I haven't received it yet. Have you bought anything too?
I bought Identity full set but never ship me and he told me he lost his Idendtity figure outfit so will refund it but he didn't do it.

That was a disaster. I'm sure you were very stressed out over the transaction. Sensation Studio has many great products, so I'm really disappointed that this happened.

I too started asking for a refund via PayPal yesterday.I don't know if it will work to get a refund, but I'll try.

Did you send the money through Goods & Services? (just seeing your reply, my alerts aren't consistent these days)

Hello, thank you for your reply! I was able to apply for a refund through the guarantee service because I had paid the PayPal fee. I haven't heard from Sensation Studio yet, but I think I'll be able to report the case in a little while.

For me the alerts seem to be working fine.
 
Yeah, I got screwed by Matt at Sensation. I bought a Shuan of the Dead DX set and a Jesse Pinkman DX. Both paid in full; he even got me on the shipping fee lol. More than $2,000 lost. I’ve sent him countless messages. When he does respond, only more promises but never any action.

Unfortunately, all of mine were a year-plus in the making, so I was not able to file any claims..

Too bad, too, as I hear some of his work can be really good.
 
Add me to the list of people screwed over by Sensation. Just over a year ago I messaged him about the Jesse Pinkman and sent the money since he claimed it was “shipping soon” after time went by and the 6 month window for PayPal was almost up, I followed up to see about shipping and said it already shipped (obviously lying to stop me from filing a claim).
A month later in September he posted a long post about the issues with the Jesse Pinkman figure and I figured maybe this was a turning point and all of the delays would be worth it.
Unfortunately that was far too optimistic and other than another claim that it shipped in October, I haven’t heard anything since. I was able to get the shipping fee back since that hadn’t hit six months yet but the money for the figure is basically lost. **** like this really sours you on the custom game.
 
I paid 2,855USD for Shuan of the Dead DXset and a Tony Montana sculpt also another amount to their shipping charge but, I still got nothing from him. Also, he ignored my messages. I fully paid to both as goods and service Paypal but it was 3 years ago. I gave up my 3,000USD and almost wind down to this hobby. Please DO NOT BUY anything from him.
 
This is not the first time I heard Matt is not replying or sending figures after he has been paid in full. I hate to hear collectors getting ripped off . Sadly I think these issues with delays and the emergence of INART great value and price point/ quality has affected the market significantly. There are less runs and buyers for 1/6 customs unfortunately.

Most F/S listings now I see sit for months and new runs are not filled up. Sad.

If you have been ripped off by Matt, maybe post on his feed plus on OSR will get him to follow through with open exposure of your experience
