Here's the updated pics of the head.

I asked Rocco to enlarge the eye a little and smoothen the cheeks.
He alos reworked the chin a tiny bit.

Everything is ready to be casted and then send to me.

This is a great project. I'm a sculptor myself and have joined the forums and will be showcasing my work soon and offering my sculpting services. I have done work directly for DC in the past for some famous figures.

Although that head looks great, I can tell you it is undersized from the first pics. Once you add it on a body and enhance the body with muscle it will look undersized. You should correct this now, just my 2 cents on the bat.

I wanted to head to be undersized, I asked that to the sculptor.
It was to emphasis the body proportion but wait till you see the finished figure.

It's better undersized than over. Most super hero head are over size, and not many body are big enough for it. I have experience many n they end up just sitting on my shelf. Comic n anime character has a different scale versus actual human. I'm glad this proportion turns out well. So good so far :clap:clap

it will emphasis the body more having a smaller head, but will not look right next to other figures. you will have to come up close to see the detail in the head - like a close up picture shows. i would have used different body and not the TTM19 - you should have got sculptor to size the head in correct scale. then work the body according to the correct size of the head
also i can tell you as a sculptor from my eyes of experience - one nostril is bigger than the other on that bat. i can see this from the eyes of being a sculptor - look harder at the nostrils.

i dont want to be critical - i love this thats why i give you my humble opinion so you can make it the best you can. crtisicm only adds value

Absolutely. I believe this will turn out amazing and blow you away once it's complete. This is the first limited offering from an amazing artist and the theme "year one" is the start of something great.

i meant his mouth expression to look just a touch angrier, as in less happy if that makes sense. not that its a big deal as i like the sculpt.

i dont agree with the comments about the head size as i understand what type of look you going for, once you add a bit of size on the body
