TO THE POINT:
Just a quick note to explain a policy we are having to put in place. Lady CREG (my wife) has been spending hours a day answering emails and PM’s which ask questions about products that are already answered in their respective threads and/or Facebook posts.
So that we can keep up with the production end of things we will have simplified replies to these types of questions moving forward. Such as: “Please see the thread for current updates and information.” “Please see the thread for your shipping status.” and “Please see the thread for ordering information.” if doing so will in fact answer your question.
THE WORDY (More information) PART:
Hopefully by now you guys have noticed a lot of the changes we have put in place. Lady CREG has hit the ground running and has quickly steered the ship in the right direction. Having done so - there are a few things I need to explain and address.
We NEVER sit on product
- If we have it on hand it is being QC’d and prepped for shipment.
Shipping - We now use stamps.com to do our shipping and it is all automated. Once Lady CREG makes a shipping label, stamps.com automatically sends you a notice with tracking for domestic orders or the Customs Declaration Number, which offers VERY limited tracking info for international shipments to your email. These stamps.com generated emails are sent automatically to the email address on your PayPal account. *International Customers, Please Note: We ship all our orders via First Class International with USPS. USPS and therefore us, have no further information about your package once it leaves the United States. If you would like detailed tracking on your international package, you will need to purchase upgraded express shipping. You can do that by contacting us for pricing and shipping options.
Updates - We keep all threads up to date now at least weekly, but often times more. If there is any information we will update it asap. This includes casting information - what items we have received and shipping updates.
Order status - If you paid and the money have been deducted from your PayPal account - we have received your payment (if you entered the correct email address for CREG). We will update the lists periodically, but we cannot update a list after each payment so please be patient.
Spamming - Writing us multiple times within one day will not get a reply any faster or your order to you quicker (See points 1-4
). LadyC and I reply to emails and PM’s when we can. We both do this part-time so our availability is limited, but we do make this business a priority and we will get back with you as soon as we can. Hitting us up with a flood of messages will not benefit you at all.
Because of all of this we will direct customers to the threads for inquiries and issues about ordering, shipping and production updates.
If your question is beyond the issues listed here then by all means contact us and we will get a reply or answer to you asap.
This is not about any one product run or customer - this is an issue across projects and so is this post.
