The problem isn't finding someone able to sculpt them, but to get them casted. Traditional casting leaves them too bubbly or foggy. Digital printing is too fragile. And with Gus' glasses being tinted and practically frameless, empty frames isn't an option either.
I've got an idea that might work so I'll be giving that a try and seeing how it turns out. I finally got that pair that I posted on the first few pages. I'll use them as a starting point and see what happens. But it is hard to do anything much with the glasses without having the sculpt in hand yet. It would suck to finally have everything done pefect only to have them too small or too big for the head :lol
