Utility knife, bench grinder with de-burring convolute wheel and Dremel with cut-off wheel and carving/rasp bit. I'm going to rehair the sculpt along with a few other changes.

Don't try the power tools unless you have a dust extraction system or you're sitting outside - it will make a right mess.
 
Why are you re hairing? What are your thoughts?

#1 I didn't want the hair so pouffy, not so recessed around the temples and I want the back shaved/tapered. #2 I'd like mine to be different than anyone else's. :)

I'm really leaning toward real hair to set this one off. I'll sleep on it and decide by morning. :) If I go real hair instead of re-sculpt, I'll take the existing sculpt down to skull level and get it painted before I start.

No, not really. It's been about a month so far.. No rush.. I know its gone into it's second phase of the paint process..
