the legend says he got it and was happy about it. But he never posted a picture or anything so some people say he never got it. We don't know..

There's so much Rocky merchandise out there that he probably did receive it and just assumed it's another Hot Toys Figure or a Neca. I doubt very much he'd know or even care the difference between a produced Figure or a Custom one that someone put in hours and hours of hard labor on.
