Please apologize my belated reply. I had caused a bit of a mess in keeping an overview on open and shipped shoe commissions but I see through again. Even though it is not a giant number, I underestimated the effort and I want to make sure to ship everything correctly. Sometimes not easy to find the right time for this, I always underestimate it.

It is actually not that complicated but when getting messages here, on Instagram, Facebook and mails (e.g. for combined shipping, address changes, shipping fee requests and so on) it can sometimes get tricky to see through. Elaborated a new way to handle such requests now and I think it will be an improvement for everybody.

Additionally I had to invest time in another project earlier than planned as the artists involved already want to work on the next steps, which is cool but I felt bad because I could not focus on shipping parallely.

To everyone waiting for something from me right now, please accept my apology. I understand the wait is annoying, you can be sure to get what you commissioned very soon. Never left anyone hanging.

So these shoes hold nothing for me anymore.

Thanks, its ok, I just want to know if the deposit is forfeited in this situation for the clothes. The shoes hopefully someone takes it up and have a happier time with it.
