I see the micro drilled holes. Will this have real laces?

Looks good so far. What other type of micro detailing are you planning on adding?

What's the new estimated shipping schedule?

Hi Lee in MI, (Thanks for the answer!)

I'm planning to do some real laces trials next week, so I will update you all about that then.

About micro details, I'm now working at seams, other little decorative dots and at the bottom of the shoe which got an "additional pad":



The shipping time should remain the same, worst case scenario will be to wait for an additional month, so August instead of July.

Also, by the end of this month I will still show the (unpainted) prototype.

So, I've decided to go with clay laces since that will work best.

Next update will be the 31 of the current month.

Hi everybody,
So here's the prototype:


^ This was the first cast, but as you will see I've changed the original color to grey (was a really quick paint app) to better show the general shape















I'd like to remind that this is just the prototype, the final (properly) painted product will be even better overall.

So next steps will be:

- Adding clay laces (doing a "laceless" first cast was necessary to avoid any possible damage to the original clay master)
- Finishing the other (the right one) shoe
- Doing first paint tests (trying various techniques to see which one works best)
