I bought as double price. wtf ? if its still open why you make closed FB group @Fan ??

The FB group was created parallelly and it was open to everyone who had joined the project. I assumed you bought your spot from a board member at a regular price. Sorry to hear if you were overcharged.

The list was not closed yet. For a certain time I did not accept further commissions as I barley found time to answer messages but please also check my post from June 2020 about that:

Also as announced I decided to accept a few more commissions. Obviously 25 would lock to many befriended collectors out but I needed to find a way to handle it first.

By accepting a few more I can make pretty sure I will not have to rise the price in the end. I always try to avoid that but I don't know Toribox' final price yet. A few more on the list will make a price rise very unlikely.

I am accepting max. another 25 commissions and I gave those on the waitlist a headstart to keep it fair and I only accept 1 commission per person now (if you ordered more than one before that is fine). If you like to be in, post or drop me a dm.

Those who joined earlier I will get their sets shipped first, there will be a wait time in between as I will most likely not receive the first and the later commissions from Toribox all at once.

I never did that and I will never do that. At the same time I will not lower a price.

As I had already predicted, Toribox also raised the production price of this outfit but I am not asking more from anyone now.

Fan... the original price of 30 units was $390. Why isn't there a price down when it's 50 copies?

Yeah, I get that. I assume some thought the same as you. If I ever don't reply it is nothing personal but just because I missed to. I am always sorry if this happens, it is just not easy to keep track at times, especially on board messages and posts or when similar things are asked on different platforms. That is why the original idea was to stick to a number around 30 sets but at the same time I always want to keep the price balanced.

Hi y'all,
So here it finally is, the custom 1/6th Ra's al Ghul outfit by Toribox.

Since Ra's is not only the main villain in Batman Begins but also Bruce's mentor and an important character throughout the TDK trilogy, I am incredibly happy that there finally is an appropriate 1/6th outfit to represent him next to the other characters on the shelf.

I hope you are equally excited.

This is out of the box with a natural posing to get a fair idea. No water treatment, ironing, excessive posing or anything special done yet, scarf and shoes are preliminary:

Quick assessment

- Toribox' choice of material and stitching work is awesome once again

- Especially I like the detail work on the more shiny jacket sleeve ends and the fact that the whole outfit is black as it is supposed to be. The purple shirts we saw on other outfits were a misinterpretation of light in the movie.

- I see no essential needs for changes that would justify going another round with further waiting time.

- The collar fitting seems to be optimized for the headsculpt by CREG. The neck on Jnix' headsculpt is slightly wider, it works as well but it does not look as accurate yet.

After the first prototype I had asked to check the possibility to make it work for both headsculpts or to go for the wider neck instead but I assume it got lost in the communication. I will try to find out what can be done here for the series and post again.

Body type

Now that I could see in hand that the outfit works with the body type I selected, I confirm the recommended body for this outfit is the Coomodel B34002. It is still available, if you can't find one though just lmk and I will help you.


Further commissions

I do not have a good overview atm who asked first / on which platform and there are still a few remaining spots so I keep it simple:

Simply send your deposit of $100 to [email protected]

- Please send as friends & family or add 5% for the fees
- Please make sure to select $ as receiving currency
- Please add "Ra's outfit" and your board name to the payment note

hmm,,,proportion is little weird in the pictures in my two cents
Jacket's waist part is too long and pants looks short compare to Jacket, Or is it just me?
Since Liam neeson have good body proportions, this silhouette looks not right to me.

or May I ask Can you take pics with after little more futzing work? so we can check the silhouette more accurately.

• compare certain key details of the suit (e.g. the collar) to my reference picture set again and see what can be achieved with adjustment in dressing the figure and what would be something to ask Yunsil to please improve
• ask her again about the fitting of the Jnix head / neck in any case
• take some more pictures also with the scarf added

If we find that changes are required I will ask Yunsil for her estimation about the additional time that would be required and after that I would start a poll so we can decide together if you prefer an improvement over a sooner delivery.

I just joined, I don’t know much about doing runs, and I know you are busy, but I definitely agree with others that this outfit needs improvement. It seems yunsil rushed on the outfit (guessing because of how much she has put on her plate) but I don’t feel this outfit should have any corners cut saying how much you put into this Fan. I think any polls should be done ASAP or we won’t see anything for a long time.
