They didn't used to do that, but you're right, and it makes visits to the PO a pain. I have seen folks just drop off packages with the customs form applied and the last copy removed (the one the PO gives you). So, I guess it is possible to do that at home and pay for the shipping without having to wait on the postman to enter it. But printing out labels has its own additional costs in time and energy.

It really gives you a great neutral batman face.

It actually fits way better than the stock ones and is way more form fitting!
