Are these pics without any other face modification?

I see the eye areas have been painted black to cover the more unpainted flesh which is by default on the DX12 figure...

Hey Robbie...

Got the Face Plate Today... And it's fantastic, except for one problem:

Under the Right Lower Lip there are two out of place and very noticeable Black/Dark Brown Spots.

These spots are in no one elses pics of your phenomenal Face Plate, and so I'm assumning it is a minor error on mine.

I cannot tell you just how little I want to be "that guy" that's complaining and being a pain in the as s... But I know those two spots will be the first thing I look at and obsess over from here on out if I just keep this one and say nothing... It'll drive me absolutely mad(being OCD).

So as much as I hate to do it, do think I can get a replacement? ray:

Dude this is not a problem. I will ship you a new one tomorrow, if you will promise to return that one because I can strip and repaint it. Each one of these little faces cost me out of pocket because I'm paying some one to cast them for me.
