I was just thinking about that a few days ago. Remember how Jake Rahmier got permission from Mr X to mod a Neo sculpt into John Wick? It would be great if he (or someone else) did the same with this Michael sculpt. As a fan of the movie Dog Day Afternoon, I would also love to see a Sonny Wortzik.

Dog Day Afternoon is one of my top ten favorite movies. Pacino really put himself on the map with that one.

As a figure, i dunno. As a film, definitely.

Dog Day Afternoon is by far the better Lumet/Pacino collaboration, yet criminally underrated to the same degree that Serpico is overrated, or so it seems. Maybe because Serpico had that whole counter-culture vibe to it at the time, and the movie poster has been plastered over an untold number of weed stained student walls ever since, it's just gained a greater place in the public consciousness?

The story should be a stellar one (cop standing up against corruption) and the tragic character arc should engender sympathy, but Pacino's portrayal is just way too irritatingly whiny from fresh-faced start to '*****k, I just got shot in the face' finish.

Plus, hasn't got John Cazale in it, has it?

I love Serpico, but perhaps it is a little overrated when compared to Dog Day Afternoon (which is definitely among my favourites). I don't have a problem with Al's performance though, I really like how he unravels over the course of the film and I think Pacino portrayed that to his usual lofty standards.

I'd love to have both figures :lecture Serpico for both the quality of the film, and the iconicity of the character; Sonny Wortzik for my love of the film. And I wouldn't pass up John Cazale's character either...

I wonder why he couldn't find a website to download it off, or at least stream it... Are all the usual sites unaccessible in Korea?

I love both dog day and serpico equally. But as far as figures go I'd rather have serpico, the awesome clothes, beard, necklaces, bracelets, hat, All those things will just make for a really unique piece and Would really stand out if done well (which I'm sure he would be amazing as young capo was). Serpico would be a very very cool figure. I think I'm going to ask him if he'd like me to mail him the blu Ray.
