That's funny... didn't even notice him there. My brother picked that bootleg up for me and it's just been sitting a cup as I don't know what to do with it :lol

I plan to weather the fur and leather bits tonight or tomorrow... any suggestions on the leather?

I was thinking just watered down acrylics to give it a more worn-in aged look?

i use sandpaper, thin black wash (depends on the leather color) & a bit of pastel chalk (yellow & white) powder. then i might dulcote it after all that.

Thanks for the suggestions... any kind of chalk you'd recommend?

I've never used it for anything, but I've heard a lot of people recommending it for weathering.

Well I finally got to use my new eyelet setter on his leather forearm guards. I wish I would have had it for my other DD.

Well here's a few pics of the skulls I did, thought I'd use up the last of my resin to make this batch, just a simple one piece mould sliced on one side and really easy to cast from. excuse the paint apps I've run out of most my paints as well so these are rather badly painted in an attempt to make them look a bit gooey, but they will be getting a new paint job, thinking of making a circular base with like 100 of these sitting around it and DD on top.

There was a guy (phobos) over at OSW who did a Death Dealer and he was working on a throne for him to sit on. Kind of like the one Arnie was sitting on in the end of Conan the Barbarian.
That would be an incredible display especially with Shocks skulls sitting around it.

A throne for Conan is on my to do list ,mmmm so many ideas

PS that guys custom is the one that inspired me to have a go at DD
I also want to do a Skull pole like ARH has done on their Barbarian (now official Conan) statue
