it should be 2.5"-3" long and but end will be 1/2" get thinner twords sharp end. the hole for the slot where the handle goes through depends on how wide you want to make handle.

That is what I'm rolling with also, just want to make sure everyone is on the same page. We need to decide an exact body and peg combination if any. I can be the guinea pig and send him my set to tailor with if no one else wants to.

DAM is a company which specializes in producing 1/6 scale military figures. Off recently they've also branched out into the more popular Gangster's Kingdom line of figures.

On top of that the ACE/DAM body style is probably the cheapest, yet good quality body that has a more muscular build. You can get one of these for $15 or so as opposed to paying HT prices.
