I get the impression it's mainly Hot Toys complaining about unlicensed Marvel and DC figures? Conan would be of no interest to them. Would Chronicle complain? Are they ever even going to release anything?

sadly that's definitely not the case with licensing.

Go on make it haha... already looks better than the ones Hot Toys put out. A new Uncle Bob sculpt would be very very welcome

It does. As discussed way back it'd be great to see a sculpt with correct hair for T1 and T2 and his trademark squint, possibly with lip-sneer combo.
