I think that was more Island of Dr. Moreau era Brando. I think he was still reading in '72 :lol

Why are you so worried about the sculpt showing that Brando wore a hearing aid? It's obvious in some of the pictures that he did wear one. Kudos to Rocco for noticing that and add it to the sculpt! I would rather it be left in the ear of the sculpt and I prefer accurately detailed sculpt. Good job Rocco!!

I googled as I was curious why Brando had one and here's what it says

"Faithful to his reputation of not learning his lines before coming to the set, Marlon Brando did not use his usual prompt boards on that film. The hearing aid he wears as part of his costume helped him deliver his dialog as it was prompted by an assistant directly into his ear."

Interesting.

Some one with yunsils calibre will completely nail this outfit! She has done so much justice to the butcher outfits and we can totally engage her for this one! Come on guys anyone has her contact ??? I will / can follow up with her to get this done!

Yunsil would nail This I agree! Anyone wanna PM Leon 911 her contact info? With Rocco's great sculpts and Yunsil most likely doing Don Is dead and the Tux.. We could go even farther and build the definitive young Don Vito. This is a great time to be a godfather fan.

For Gido -- "earwig" is a slang term for a tiny radio in the ear that looks like a hearing aid (if you can see it at all). Television newscasters all wear them. If they stop in mid-sentence to say "this just in" their boss just told them something through the earwig.

Here are some pictures of Sonny's most memorable outfits.
The last moments of his life, right before he takes off on the phone wearing dark blue suspenders and stops at the tollbooth only with a double-breasted jacket added on before he drove off.




The classic Iconic outfit, grey vest and undone tie.



He is also wearing suspenders underneath his Tuxedo which I didn't know about until this day.

I've always love the beating the **** out of Carlo look, but it depends on what other looks we're going for for Vito. If there's a Vito tux offered, then I'd go with a tux for Sonny to put with his pa.
