That's 357partment. They can be a bit hit and miss as they have a team painting but they're pretty reliable in terms of timing, usually about 4 months from when they receive the sculpt.

Conditions - everyone must have the older sculpt in hand and once the replacements are ready the older ones needs to be destroyed and share with me. Shipping only will be collected.
