I'll be honest when I say that this is my first rodeo, when it comes to interest threads that I've started taking off, but I have to question the appropriateness of this. I try not to step on any toes and watch everything unfold, naturally, and uninterrupted, but I feel like maybe that's the wrong approach. Denny and his team have put a lot of time and effort into this, and they will continue to do so until this project is completed, and up to the point when it's ready to be shipped to your doors. I'm a huge Dirty Harry fan, and, after The Cowboy, I wanted this figure to happen for a very long time, as did several other people, and I'm ecstatic that it's finally happening, and I'm extremely grateful to Denny that he would trust me to relay all this stuff to you guys.
With that said, I feel like I haven't been doing a good enough job with that. Not even a week after pics of the sculpt are put up, people are asking about another sculpt, and I get that stuff comes up sometimes, and that's cool, and it's understandable when there isn't a general "Dirty Harry" thread, but when it's a large portion of what's being talked about for the past week, when the headsculpt being shown here hasn't even been around for two weeks? C'mon. I've been confident enough in the integrity of this project that I didn't think it needed to be said, but, apparently, it does, so, here goes: a lot of talented people have put a lot of work into something that I would argue is as definitive for this character as The Cowboy was for Blondie, and I think it can be construed as disrespectful to those individuals when all people are talking about is that other sculpt.
