Received, but I have a question after I took a quick look: Eye-decals are not pre-cut, right? It is more difficult to cut this small decals with scissors. Any idea or help?

Right, they're not precut. It'd be a little messy to have 168 eyes floating around in the envelope. :lol

I personally use an exacto knife, but your local craft store may sell something called an adjustable hole punch to make it very easy.

just applied my first set of eyes today and wow took maybe 30mins to apply both eyes. Usually takes me a couple of hours to just paint eyes so I have to give you a big "thank you" Hunterdnrc :clap what a time saver and they look better than any eyes I've painted :lol

PS: Going to PM you in the near future for some tattoo decals :yess:
