Since you were asking for suggestions on possible improvements here's my thoughts.
* Thin out the bridge of the nose and make the overall nose smaller but more importantly the tip a little longer/pointier.
* Make the forehead and brow lines less visible (although I'm aware the casting process can help with this).
* Make both the upper and lower lips thinner.
* Possibly add a little more body to the sides of the hair and give it a more square appearance.
People may think differently but I think those are a few things throwing it off, here's my quick alter in PS.

That altered photo looks really good. Definitely Pesci right there. Great suggestions, spot on alterations.

Looking good. I still want the sharp suits. Take your time and get these perfect, and so I can have enough time to set aside the $.

I'm hoping that it won't be suits across the board, At least Henry in casual gear or 2 of the 3 in casual. If one suit has to get in the mix then I won't mind that. I'm just as interested in hearing what the accessories are going to be as I am the outfit choices. These guys are going to be pretty light on accessories so the outfits and physiques are real make or breakers.
