I emailed Iris as my balance is paid in full, minus Shipping fee which I need to know what the total will be. Hopefully I get a reply.

You can call her and tell her yourself but I would suggest you cut her some slack.

You are correct she told me 4/13 and now we are at 4/20. But there is also a worldwide virus and death everywhere. Shipping is delayed and countries are in lockdown.

Iris also has been very busy without replying
as all tailors are swamped

That's understandable. I just wish she would respond to her emails quicker.
