You've got your Indy looking great, Blazio! Curious what body you're using.
Ha, no regrets. Though I'm always worried I'll go past the point of no return with any modification. Pants are not exactly where I want, but hoping it'll get there with time.Looks good there. I’ve always been fine with the color but I dig those pics.
Be honest, do you regret it? Lol ?
Never tried that trick but the ones I was using were starting to shred a little bit. It's funny you say that about the size, I read them as bigger because the soles are blockier, so they might be a bit smaller length-wise but look bulkier to me.Don't hate on the HT boots, mate. Those are the best Indy boots out there, especially with the hot water wrinkle trick. The SS TOD boots always look too big to my eye.
I think you got the color dead on, TonTon.
Believe me, RIT gray will fade in time. No need for sun. Just wait 6 months to a year and you will see a difference. Plenty other things to fiddle with in that time.

Thanks, Wor! At this point I'll just let laziness prevail and stick it on the shelf. I remember you saying one of your dye jobs faded over time, so I'm happy to let that happen rather than removing dye, dying again, rinse repeat (literally for once).
Way ahead of you. Those pics are after a couple hot washes by hand and days in the sun. I actually think they look pretty close to perfect in the pics but in person they still look a bit dark and needing a bit more contrast with the jacket. You might try hand washing those pants as well. That will strain some of the dye out, then let them dry in the sun outside.
Wor is correct. MFisher whips. Wouldn't mind getting another if he makes more at some point. Hate to say it but maybe he needs to raise his rates a bit. Clearly still demand but seems it's not worth his time.Ton Ton...where your whip come from?
