Bounty hunter version of Blondie would be great, but there are two things to consider there: 1) we would need to see those sculpts re-released for many folks to want to jump onto that one IMO; and 2) the hat was different from the Trevor sculpt!
If she did the Ghosbusters, would be cool to have two options--light gray and khaki--depending on which shade you like best. She could even do darker gray with the same tailoring (minus the hoses) for folks wanting the versions worn in parts of Ghostbusters 2.

I'd buy 4 ghostbusters outfits, moprheus outfit, maybe Bandit Tuco and Bounty Hunter Blondie.
Ghostbusters uniforms and if Iris did the patch work as well? My god it would be stunning.
Yeah they would sell a lot because majority of people would be buying 4 each and all they have to do is make same suit and 4 different patches and sew the patches on per order, maybe as an incentive to buy all four a packaged deal but that offering right there is a gold mine IMO for Iris, selling 4x the outfit with minimal differences in the 4.
And also not as intricate as a butcher uniform. The quantities ordered would be large for sure.
I've looked pretty extensively into what's available elsewhere, and A) you can't find totally screen accurate GB jumpsuits that are worth a damn (i.e., not Mattel); and B) the close approximations have their issues. The best ones I found for a decent cost weren't long enough to look right on Venkman, who leaves his pants untucked from his shoes. Like others are saying, I think this would be great. Fairly simple, hopefully not too expensive, and a fair amount of demand out there for them. I would upgrade if they were upgrades from what I've got.
Best options for proton packs (and PKE meters and traps) are from the Mattel figures. They don't wear knee pads, but they do have elbow pads which Mando has sculpted and seems to still be selling. Then, you've got the pistol belt, boots, black shirt, and any other accessories for the belt you may want (key rings, walkie talkies, the "gizmo"), some of which aren't easy to bash. But you can find most of these parts out there if you look, and are willing to attempt some minor mods. Flight suits should probably come with the tubes.
It is one of the few characters that come to mind that have massive appeal and available materials to make the figures. There are many sources for head sculpts. Synderman has some really good ones. I still am a fan of Spensers. There are also ones by Rocco still kicking around.

-Black T-Shirt
-Name Specific Patch
-Maybe Even the Belt
Then all people need are the sculpts which stated above vary from many sources i.e.: Rocco, Spenser, Synderman, boots and accessories.
