There are quite a few of these hoodies on eBay. Just search 1/6 scale hoodies.

The brand is wild toys, but I can only black ones up there at the moment.

You should still be able to use that hoodie. There's a solution that dissolves the decal and leaves the fabric clean. Unfortunately I don't know what it's called but people who press shirts use if they make mistakes.

I don't know what the quality is like from that site but you can try the hoodies they have there if you can't find a navy wild toys one. I was lucky to find 1 wild toys hoodie but couldn't find anymore after that.
