My only question is the coloring of the hair. There seems to be quite a bit of brown highlights. Should be darker.

The lighter highlights reproduce the light going through his thinning hair - the only way to accurately get that look without going rooted is to fake it

It depends on which aged Jerry you are looking for. His later years in the show, for sure, but early to middle, not so much. His hair was pretty thick. I think there needs to be a little less brown.
