Jboy just wrote me and told me what happened, and admitted to taking it to Q to get painted. Then Q without permission recasted it.

My opinion is there not banning peoples ip's so there is no way to stop recasting! So u might as well not worry if it happens. This is a giant waste of time and U guys are losing customers for future projects by fighting with each other.

Its stupid and pointless to debate and point fingers at each other its gonna happen U cant stop it period!!! So rub your nerdgina's together and make up! Please!

I actually looked into the reporting function on ebay but unfortunately, I dont think theres anything we can do unless Rocco does the complaint and somehow proves that he is the original sculptor...but then again, I'm not sure how ebay views "creative art" ...not sure how copyright works there. I mean, companies like Hot Toys acquire official licenses for a movie character's likeliness, but then Rocco's work is art, and its not against the law to sculpt someone's face...having said this, how is ebay going to uphold copyright?

Best we can do is just to not contribute to the re-caster's gains, but sadly, theres a lot of ebayers who could give a rat's arse about where the sculpts came from...oh well...

i reported it, ebay took it off, then Q put it back on a couple days later.

Some testors dullcote should do the job brother. I actually ordered a cut after seeing them. Too bad these weren't around months ago though.

I wonder if these are the same as brochas? :lol

As for the other thing.....

Make sure you get the spray can kind. Be careful to only lightly spray it as well. Maybe ask around too, there may be better ways.
