I agree with the eye colour change. I agree with the nose change - but doubt Jnix can do much about it now. Who knows.

Those tweaks would indeed make it perfect, but I am more than happy to buy this because it's so far superior to the HT one.

I didn't hate the HT head to be honest like I did the Han. What I hated was the tunic, I think it's very stiff and unnatural looking. And I think sideshow had better pants and ankle wraps... And since the head has been bested well then I guess the whole HT figure is bust now

I didn't hate the HT head to be honest like I did the Han. What I hated was the tunic, I think it's very stiff and unnatural looking. And I think sideshow had better pants and ankle wraps... And since the head has been bested well then I guess the whole HT figure is bust now

Surprised there's no one making Kato or yunsil custom tunic yet. :lol

But yeah, it's too stiff to drape naturally.

I hated the tunic too, until I water treated it (may have used some softener or detergent too, don't remember) it sits very nicely on the shoulders now.

Anyway, as I said, I bought two already - it's lightyears ahaead of HT's sculpt. I don't love critisizing either, but this is less subjective art as it's purpose it to recreate the likeness of a person - it's not meant to be interpretive.

Just in B&W at the moment. I tweaked the neck area to match the original shot, but it sits flat on the shoulders and arms now.

I just futzed mine a little and I was more than happy with it. I have no issues with the tunic at all. I don't actually hate on the sculpt either, but if it can be improved upon then I will gladly do so. I just really hope Jnix makes that nose tweek.

The paintjob is superb. The hair colour is superb. PLEASE can you make an adjustment to the eye decals though? The Hot Toys eyes look real but the decals used on your sculpt are not the correct colour and they appear expressionless and "bug eyed". Maybe position the eyes slightly looking to the left or right will help? I don't think the eyes looking directly forward is doing any favors to the likeness in my honest opinion. Great work on the sculpt and paint though.

I think the eye decals and placement are throwing this off as mentioned in my post above. There is too much of the top of the circle of the iris showing. If the eyes are positioned so they are looking to the left or right, it will reduce the amount of the top of the iris that is visible and will help to reduce the startled, expressionless appearance. I have asked Jnix to put the eye decals looking to the left or right on my sculpt as I truly believe this will help it look more natural.

Bridge-tweak (and eye color darkened). I don't know if it could be done with the eyebrows - maybe with paint in the eyesocket/bridge area.

I love it already, but that is throwing it off for me.

Those eyes looks like painted; not decal. But yeah, I agree with cking here. He's brought up some valid points.

Well, this is with toned-down irises as well. I like them straight on, just think they're a little too "bright" as some have mentioned.

Again, I want to say that this sculpt is awesome, and will be a welcomed replacement for the HT. I just want to love it as much as Han which I have right next to my monitor and look at constantly.

I'm pretty good with the sculpt/paint - BUT, I'm really struggling with this one; even with the nose/eyes adjustment I did on the left, I don't see Luke at all in this shot

It's killing me, because (for me) the Han is amazing from every angle and looks like someone shrunk Harrison Ford down to 1/6!

Not a fan of the eyes looking to the side. I think these are all the adjustments we need. If nothing changes, still better than hot toys.

Adjusted nose and eye color.

When I built my diorama, I was constantly getting input from others......so I hope the suggestions are not offensive Jnix. You are an artist
