Names blurred to protect the (so far) innocent. In all actuality, no one was asking for a cheap knock-off, but a new sculpt, so that's promising at least. Hopefully none of the recasters can get hold of one.

They'll never match the paint, but it still doesn't excuse ripping Jnix off. Guess it was going to happen, but sad it might. Let's hope no one gives up their sculpt.

Well, it HASN'T. Not yet. And again, to be fair, no one here asked for a recast - most were just asking for a new sculpt. They did do the Punisher and a few before that as new sculpts, which is great. But a recast of Jnix's Matt Damon is also something sold there.

If it's been shown to Kit, then that's asking for a recast, IMO.

Like I said - hopefully they won't get hold of it.

Everyone here needs to hang on to their Jnix Han so it doesn't get recast. They aren't getting mine!

I bought it solely to respect the art and have a perfect Han Solo in my collection. That's all.

Anyway, as I said - no one, including you, was asking for a recast for sure. It just seems when it gets round to OSK, it can go a couple of ways. Hopefully he will contact somone and commision a new sculpt. But it seems a lot of times, when there's a demand to be filled...

Yep. But you need to reread what everyone said, especially comatoast's initial post (that I read wrongly at first). There's a reputation of recasts with Kit.

Looks great! How is everyone taking care of the yellowing of the shirt seam? Or is this a newish figure? I tried some baking soda/water - only a very slight improvement.
