hmmm...I'm right before you and haven't gotten an invoice...unless I'm not looking in th right place/for the right thing? I'm assuming this would come to my PP email and or show in my PP account?

I received an email from PayPal with a link to the invoice for the remaining balance. It should show up on your PayPal page in the pending transactions column if Dean sent it

Also, just a quick note, we have only invoiced for now based on the number of casts the caster has assured will be sent to us this week. We'll keep doing the invoicing and shipping this way until all orders filled. Thanks everyone!

Hi everyone, just a note to let you all know that Dean's beloved grandmother passed away suddenly this weekend. We still plan to begin shipping out the first batch of casts this week, but please forgive us if takes an extra couple days to get things processed and ready to ship. Thank you for your understanding during our family's loss and time of grieving.

Hi again everyone. You all are probably getting tired of hearing from me instead of Dean (CREG Customs).
He hasn't been able to get on here and in touch with everyone due to the loss of his grandmother Sunday. Thank you to everyone for your condolences. He should be getting back on this afternoon, so if you have written him, he'll be getting back with you very soon. The caster is sending us 21 casts this week, so we are invoicing based on number of casts sold by order of deposit paid. Unfortunately, we just found out that the casts won't be arriving to us until Saturday, which is a couple days later than had been previously stated and expected. We will likely spend a bit of our weekend getting them sanded and prepped, but it will be early next week before we can get them mailed to customers. Don't worry, we are disappointed for you. Those of you who are regular customers know we always do our best to give every update we have and to get things out to you asap. But there are ALWAYS inevitable delays along the way ranging from family emergencies to productions problems. I've had some people write concerned that the casts haven't already shipped, but rest assured all is well and we're really only going to be a couple days behind our original schedule. I hope all that makes sense. I will post a pic of the casts when we get them so you know we indeed have them in hand. Thank you all!

Hi all. We are mailing the first 20 casts today that have been paid in full. :yess: Names are in italics if that's you. Please note that Monday is a holiday here in the US, so tracking for your package will not be updated by USPS until Tuesday, May 31.
Due to the way the molds were made, to assure that the collar came out correctly, there may be a few rough spots on the underside of the hair. We are aware of this and it should not be an issue once painted, for two reasons. 1) the hair will be black and 2) the underside is not really visible once on the figure. The casts came out great and we're excited for you all to get them in hand! Thanks!
