Legend of Zelda "Hero of Time" (update 1/7)

Updates

TonyMeis Has agreed to do the clothing as long as he is satisfied with the sculpt. A great likeness and proper size is what he wants and I back him on this.

Cheungkinmen Has said he will do the heads. I have been speaking with him and I can vouch for his fantastic work. He offers painted and unpainted sculpts at very fair prices. Examples of his work can be seen here. Price is estimated to be 50$ unpainted and 90 - 95$ painted.

I have contacted Mike from Old days of yore for the belts, straps, and pouches. He is a great leather/metal worker who did work for me in the past. He is another fair priced guy for great work. I have yet to hear back from him but I'll keep you all posted. Examples of his leather working skills can be found here.

Last is the sword, shield, and scabbard. As of right now I'm trying my hand at them. If you guys like what I come up with and are okay with my methods (More on that later, after I know it works), I can offer them for no more than the cost of material.

Questions, concerns, comments? Nothing is set in stone yet as its still the very early stages. So if you got any suggestions, let me know!

Same for me. Also which version of Link is being done? I recommend going for the Twilight Princess look or Skyward Sword though that might be a little more difficult because of the chainmail. Personally I think TP has the best designs for the Zelda characters.

i just want to see a headsculpt....started...I know Tony would KILL this...the clothes look simple enough (opinion)...the hard parts like the headsculpt, sword...and shield would be the most difficult parts....also...the boots would have to be cloth...so that he could be better positioned........to be honest with you...i think we SHOULD do two...a young one and an ilder one....i know that the Obitsu 11Cm bodies would be perfect for the small child look...look em up and see...i have a few for some small character customs i got cooking and I definitly thinkg that he is prime for that body....

*edit* If we go for the TP look for Link, I have First 4's 1:6 Link on Epona statue so I can get some photos of the clothing from any view for reference.

I've always wanted a Link, but the problem is the body. Link is a small dude, any 1/6 Slim body is still too tall. I think Link would be about 9in tall in sixth scale
