Well considering this just set the bar for TLOU sculpts, I'll wait on Iminime's Ellie and pass on Kai's.

This is a great sculpt, and I'm definitely coming around to it. I think my perception is tainted by the fact that I've been looking at Kai's for months, but that is slowly wearing off. I still love Kai's sculpt, though, and (assuming iminime's looks good painted), it's a nice placeholder.

Never said otherwise. Just some come across as more factual than others when doing so.

Plus the CONSTANT berating of that sculpt is getting rather dull. We get it already.

The fact is, there's options right now. So comparing between sculpts was bound to happen. I don't think anyone is disrespecting anyone. Just different opinions.

I think you're taking it a little too much to heart Snake. I know you opened the Kai thread and helped out. But this is the Iminime thread and I think it's only fair to compare and give honest opinions of which they think is better.

It's gonna happen :dunno

Not taking it personally but I can see how you may see it that way. I'm just tired of popping into every TLOU thread and seeing the same berating of that sculpt from the same people. It's dull and, yes we are all entitled to our opinions, but is there really any need to keep bringing them up?

We get it. You don't like it. You ain't bought it. You think this one/that one is miles better and those that say otherwise are 'crazy'. Enough already. :lol

Well guys let me say this. I Love Commandos sculpt and I love Kai's sculpt. Do I think that Commando's has a more accurate likeness, Yes. Do I think Kai's has better hair and beard detail along with a better brow, Yes. I bought both and I love both so it doesn't really matter which one is best. After the Iminime sculpt I will have 3 custom Joels:slap, all different and all done by great artists here on this board. At least we can settle on that.

I have the Kai sculpt because I personally love it. Whether other people do matters not one jot to me.

I'll probably still be picking this set up for parts.

Well we all can't have barely clothed women in our sigs can we? Plenty of people made it a point to attack Commando's, why not tell them off too in your passive aggressive way? :wave
