Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

I'm down for a Golden Ticket too!

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

Too bad we couldn't see photos. Rainman's set is a hard set to beat....really would like to see how this turns out.

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

What I need to know is who wants hair and who wants sculpted which is the most popular ? I will make a list so please get voting real hair or sculpted?

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

I'm not sure?

Wouldn't his hat sit on his head better with real hair?

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

I would definitely be interested in the Wonka bar/candy set.

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

I wish we could get a good idea of what the sculpted hair would look like considering Wilder's hair was sticking out all over the place. Our only reference for the real hair potential is what we know from Rainman's figure.

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

Ok, I'm going to start Wonka soon, I'll let you know what kind of hair will be made (maybe both versions).

Mike, its cool with me if you want to make accessories for the projects, next time contact me first, thanks!

This project is going to Rock! The OOmpa Loompa is already shaping up great!

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

I really don't see how Wonka's hat can be removable if the head has sculpted hair without the head having permanent "hat hair." If real hair turns out to be more trouble than it's worth, then the sculpted hair would have to have the hat attached, would it not?

That is my problem I'm gonna re do the list everyone will get pm's later as too see if they want full sets and also sculpted or bald.

I will be having a bold head as I wasn't my wonka to hold his hat rocco might be offering both bald and sculpted. I'll inbox you guys later about the sets :)

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

golden ticket for me, I can't decide real hair vs sculpted because his hair is literally all over the place, how well can sculpted pull that off?

My thoughts exactly.

The removeable hat could be like the Indiana Jones DX.

Re: Wonka limited run 30 by Rocco and Rocco's Tailor. 20 spaces filled

I have no interest in a hatless head for Wonka. Sculpted with hat is the only option I care for. Seems like he could do sculpted wigs. The doll hair is a deal breaker for me on this one. Rainman is a master at 1/6 customization, and his efforts at doing the curly Wonka hair were a failure IMO. If he can't do it, I can't imagine collector/kitbashers will fare better.

Why don't you just start a poll?

Hatless, definitely not for me. Removable hat sounds good.

If it is removable with sculpted hair, as pointed out, he would have flattened hat hair. So that wouldn't work for anyone wanting to pose him without the hat (I can't imagine more than a small handful. . .but I could be wrong).

Because I need to know exactly who is having what hair so rocco and can make certain amout of bold sculpts a poll wouldn't tell me nothing apart from how many people....... So when I get home I will send out pm's :) as I need to pm people about what sets they are having to aha.
