Hey Moe.

The picture on the first page is the only time Dexter wears those shoe covers. When he is on the boat to kill Ethan Turner in season 3. Every other time it is rubber boots (that I know of). Its a great pic because it shows the actual length of the legs which go only to about mid shin.

I think that's only because his leg is bent. I believe the coveralls legs are right down to the feet. The leg being benr is giving the illusion that the pants are shorter

I don't think so Mike. I'm pretty sure its only mid shin. Even if there was some rise up from the leg bend I don't think it'd raise that high.

I sent Papito a thread with all the images I had. I snapped them myself directly from the show. There's not too much info online. I did find out from a woman in wardrobe that the suits are custom so there's no official images to look at for reference.
