Hello all,

Ok - I have some bad news and hopefully some good news to some of you. After a LONG (and exhausting) journey with Zod - the painted option is not going to happen unfortunately.

Yes, I was in in revisions of a paint sample to go into production but circumstances beyond my control has put me in a situation where it is not advisable for me to do factory/painted runs. As much as I have tried and worked to get these done - I am having to pull the plug on a painted option.

For your patience - here is what I am able to offer.

1st - if any on the reserve list wishes to cancel their order and receive a refund of the $8ea we will gladly do so. Please write us at [email protected] with the subject "Zod Refund" and include your paypal email address. Once confirmed - we will issue the refund.

For those who still want one - We will 100% be releasing an unpainted cast in the next month.

For those that wish to keep their spot - for your willingness to keep with this project I will reduce the cost to $57 for those with the $8 deposit for a $10 discount. That makes your total $65 (before shipping). The regular price will be $75 for an unpainted cast.

I really wish this could have turned out differently, but I really don't have an option in my situation. While I understand and expect frustration - I do hope you guys can understand I am in a difficult situation here.

I offer my sincerest apologies. This is upsetting to us as well as originally we were gearing most of our future releases to be painted so it is a big shift in plans. Molds and casting will start in the coming weeks. I will keep you all posted.

Who could i get to paint the head that would do a decent enough job so that it could stand up next to the HT head?
Will it at least be cast in a skin tone like the HT pvc heads?

Here's hoping. It's just impossible to match the paint on a HT head if the head isn't cast in a pale pink skin tone.

I dont prime sculpts that come in flesh tone. But, yes most painters do
