Mine arrived today and it looks great!! & yes it has a mouth piece! The head is casted in black and the face insert in flesh colored resin, looks sweet. Time to get to modding my DX12 & painting this head!

If they went USPS first class it'll take a little longer based on your proximity to him. I'm in Texas, and I think he's a good ways away so I'm not expecting it til tomorrow or Saturday. I think he's in Florida, maybe?

Got mine. I'll be removing the metal strips to grind out a deeper hole. As it comes, it's kind of just perched on the neck really high. With the exception of that one complaint, it's really outstanding.

Mike, which face is it? A casted version of the Medi?

did you do the neck mod? that's likely why seems like it's sitting high.

i could see someone taking issue if i was using the whole head, but i would've been flattered that people thought mine was the best of the bunch. oh well.

I can take pics, but mine is unpainted for the moment.

did you do the neck mod? that's likely why seems like it's sitting high.

I did, but I reversed it.

However, for the life of me, I can't figure how the neck mod would affect how the head interacts with the top of the neck.
