I think you should make two versions of the begins cowl. One with a straight looking pose and the other with head leaning down. That head pose is iconic and I assume the prototype head on the picture won't lean that much because of the resin. You can probably move the head down a little but the best thing is to modify the sculpt with the chin barely touching his adam's apple.

not on this one, to keep my cost and everyone's cost down it'll be a solid with the mouth pictured. with the dk cowl it was easy as the faces swap with a simple peg, but they used magnets with those begins fp, so it would be more expensive for me to get magnets for all the fp it would come with.

i'm going to try a soft rubber to cast with so it shouldn't be an issue, but we'll see.

If you make the cowl and mouth a solid piece, that will be a terrible thing. Many of us can't paint as good as Robbie's mouth piece and the idea is to take advantage of the different mouth pieces of the figure. The magnet is useless, I am sure that with a bit of pressure, the mouth piece won't come off. No need to add a magnet on the cowl, just leave it empty.

they come painted if you want, and i'm not doing it that way. trying to lessen some of my work load.

Until now, i didn't have any regrets to have missed the Begins figure, because i didn't like the head...

I really like the "duck face" Batman... if you could make it happen ray:

Maybe you could replicate a begins cowl with swappable faces (not magnetic), just like the cowl you're offering on the Medi Batman cowl, with a hole and a peg. And gives us a few options for the faceplates.
