There has just been a figure announced called Dead World King Zombie. The jacket and boots look to be a perfect stand in / alternative.

Close, but the jacket is different. Negan has two horizontal zippers on either side of the lapels and two slanted zippered pockets. Been looking all over for something like this, but most just have the one.
